Can you call the haulers and request they come earlier in the day in order for your crew to push bins back as apart of our service?

Can your crew come earlier tomorrow to make sure our bins are not missed again due to contamination?

Has your crew already been to my property?

Can we have our extras picked up today?

Can your crew return to one of the enclosures that was still left a mess?

When will you pick up my extra items? (furniture/appliances/etc)

Our team aims for picking up extra items within three business days; however, if there are a substantial amount of extra items that cannot be picked up within 3 days we may need to schedule a sidejob with hour hourly rate of $175ph.

Why isn’t your team able to push our trash/recycle bins back in?

Our team begins their routes at 3am in the morning and begins heading back to the warehouse at 11am. Occasionally the garbage company may be running behind resulting in them arriving later in the afternoon. Unfortunately Wastexperts is not able to push back bins in this instance but we will notify the property and will push the bins back in the following business day if they have not been pushed back by then.

Are we locked into a contract?

WX operates on a rolling 30 day contract.  Either party need only give 30 day notice to terminate any existing contract.

Can you take care of items left over after a move out/eviction?

We are able to schedule a sidejob for emptying items out of a non-occupied unit with our per item pricing applying in addition to the hourly rate.

Do you haul away excess trash/recyclables?

By law we are restricted from taking trash/recyclable items as these are picked up by your contracted garbage company. We can arrange for extra pickups from your hauler and if there are any extra items that cannot go in a trash or recycle bin we are able to haul these away depending on your contract.

Can you arrive later in the day? I’m getting noise complaints.

WX crews begin early in the morning at properties where we pull out the bins. This is because we must arrive before the garbage hauler arrives and the garbage hauler can arrive as early as 6am.

Can I get a debris box delivered?

WX can contact your hauler directly to arrange for the dropoff/pickup of a debris box. We will need approval on file from someone on the property that is able to make financial decisions.

Why wasn’t our garbage/recycle picked up?

Feel free to contact our office any time there are questions regarding the pick up of garbage or recycle bins. We can contact your hauler and give you an update. Frequently WX will proactively call the garbage companies to get this information when we notice bins have not been picked up as well.
